01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "betjee", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the betjee platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://betjee.cam.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on, or otherwise accesses, the betjee platform.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Player upon successful registration with betjee.
• "Services" refers collectively to all online casino games, sports betting products, live dealer games, keno, slots, and any other gaming or wagering products made available through the betjee platform.
• "Platform" refers to the betjee website, including all pages, sections, features, and functionality accessible at betjee.cam and its associated subdomains.
• "Wallet" refers to the internal BDT-denominated account balance held within a Player's betjee Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by betjee before processing withdrawal requests.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all betjee transactions are conducted.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use betjee Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. betjee strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC process. Access to betjee by persons under 18 is prohibited without exception.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf. Use of the platform on behalf of a third party without explicit written authorisation from betjee is not permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded from betjee or from online gambling services in general under any self-exclusion programme or court order currently in effect.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in their specific jurisdiction before registering.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if it changes.

betjee reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily demonstrated.

03 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account only. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address, constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Upon detection of duplicate Accounts, betjee reserves the right to close all but one Account, void any pending or settled transactions on the duplicate Account(s), and permanently suspend access to the betjee platform. The balance associated with any duplicate Account may be forfeited pending investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account login credentials. betjee strongly recommends the use of a unique password not used on any other platform. You must notify betjee support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

betjee reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons for the refusal.

04 Account Verification (KYC)

betjee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in line with responsible gaming and financial integrity standards. The following verification requirements apply:

• Identity Verification: Players must provide a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) confirming full legal name and date of birth.
• Address Verification: Players may be required to provide a document confirming their current residential address, such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months.
• Payment Method Verification: Players may be required to provide evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered in their own name. betjee does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete to betjee's satisfaction. betjee reserves the right to request additional documentation during this process.

All identity documents submitted to betjee are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulation.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits to and withdrawals from a betjee Wallet are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). betjee does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions on the betjee platform:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the betjee cashier page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the betjee Wallet instantly upon confirmation from the respective payment provider. betjee is not responsible for delays attributable to the third-party payment provider's systems.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing by betjee. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protects both the Player and betjee.
• betjee does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, for which betjee accepts no responsibility.
• betjee reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or technical maintenance.
• Any bonus funds credited to a Wallet are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotional terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fulfilled.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

betjee offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all betjee promotions unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to one Account per person, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance within the Wallet and carry wagering requirements that must be met in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• betjee reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after bonus funds have already been credited, the credited amount will remain valid subject to the wagering requirements applicable at the time of the credit.
• The use of multiple Accounts, coordinated betting with other Players, exploitation of mathematical arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to abuse bonuses will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• betjee's decision regarding bonus eligibility, wagering fulfilment, and withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is final.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

The specific rules governing each game category and sports betting product available on betjee are published within the relevant product section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all betjee Services:

• All bets placed on betjee are final once confirmed. betjee does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the system.
• betjee reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game that was subject to obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or corrupted data feeds at the time of placement.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the live data feed being operational. betjee is not responsible for bets that were intended but not confirmed due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• Casino game outcomes are determined exclusively by the certified RNG systems of the respective third-party game provider. betjee does not intervene in or modify the outcome of any casino game.
• In the event of a system malfunction during a game round that prevents a result from being determined, the affected game round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Wallet.
• betjee reserves the right to impose bet limits on individual Players, specific markets, or specific events at its sole discretion.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betjee platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balance, voiding of bets and winnings, and permanent exclusion from betjee Services:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to access betjee Services in a manner not intended for human users.
• Collusion with other Players to coordinate bets, share information for financial advantage, or manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets with prior knowledge of a pre-arranged outcome in any sporting event.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using the betjee platform to conduct money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing betjee using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology for the purpose of misrepresenting your geographic location or circumventing access restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void and will not be paid.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betjee staff or other players through any communication channel.

09 Responsible Gaming

betjee is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The following tools and policies are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time reminders that alert them when they have been active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary cool-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the Account remains open but no deposits or wagers can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling has become problematic may request a self-exclusion by contacting betjee support. Self-exclusion periods are a minimum of 6 months. Self-excluded players are asked not to attempt to open new Accounts during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the betjee platform — including but not limited to the betjee brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of betjee or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betjee platform solely for personal and recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit reproduction, modification, distribution, reverse-engineering, scraping, or commercial exploitation of any betjee content without the express prior written consent of betjee.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betjee shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where betjee has not been negligent in maintaining platform security.
• Any loss of profit, data, business, or opportunity arising from service interruptions, technical faults, or force majeure events beyond betjee's reasonable control.
• Losses incurred as a direct or indirect result of a Player's own decisions in relation to betting or gaming activity.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and banking partners.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit betjee's liability for death or personal injury caused by betjee's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

betjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, betjee will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or by displaying a prominent notice on the betjee platform.

Continued use of the betjee platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players who do not accept the revised terms must cease using the betjee platform and may request Account closure by contacting betjee support.

The version of these Terms & Conditions currently in force is identified by the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Previous versions are not available for ongoing reliance.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to betjee's operating jurisdiction. By using the betjee platform, Players acknowledge that they are responsible for determining whether their use of the Services is lawful in their own jurisdiction.

betjee makes no representations that the Services are appropriate for use in all locations. Players who access the betjee platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local law.
